Away Venues for 2009
Here are directions for our Senior side's away fixtures this season:
Cambridgeshire Cats (31-05-2009)
BY CAR FROM SOUTH (M11):
Get off M11 at Junction 14 and keep to the left to end up on the A14 East (towards Newmarket).
About 5 minutes later take the exit onto B1047 over the bridge towards Cambridge and Fen Ditton (called Horningsea Lane then becomes Ditton Lane).
Take a RIGHT at the T-junction traffic lights at the end of this road onto Newmarket Rd.
After the first roundabout take your THIRD LEFT onto Whitehill Rd.
Lookout for a sign to Abbey Pool and Coldhams Common pointing RIGHT onto Pool Way.
Turn right into there, park , and look for the signs to the sports ground.
BY TRAIN:
From Cambridge railway station, it's approx. 20 min. walk I think...
Take the footbridge across the railway line.
Take left onto Charles St.
Make a right dog's-leg onto Cockburn St.
Cross Mill Road onto Sedgwick St.
Keep to left of road, Sedgwick St. becomes Cromwell Rd.
Follow bike path through Coldhams Common towards Abbey Swimming Pool.
Follow signs to Sport's Grounds.
Alternatively, take a taxi and ask for Abbey Swimming Pool/Sports Grounds on Coldhams Common - probably about £5 a ride.

Peterborough Saxons (04-07-2009)
This game is being played as part of 4th July Independence Day celebrations at RAF Alconbury. However, as this is a military base prior-approval and registration is required for entry. We are sorry to report that at the current time the Kent Exiles are not able to take supporters to this venue.
